Enpos is a Windows desktop app for the counter. These modules are in the product: billing, stock, buying, customers, accounts, and staff access. Internet is not required to bill.
Search the catalog or scan a barcode. Add a walk-in or a saved customer. Apply a percent or flat coupon. Charge cash, card, or Google Pay. Print the bill and the stock count drops with the sale.
Choose which methods cashiers see. Save a Google Pay UPI ID or phone number in settings. At checkout the app can show a QR code, and the same ID can appear on the receipt.
Set a default tax rate for new products, then override it per SKU. The bill shows tax. The GST summary report totals orders, taxable value, tax collected, and the grand total for the dates you pick.
Print through any driver already installed on the PC. Paper sizes include 58 mm and 80 mm rolls, A4, and Letter. Add your shop name, GSTIN, address, and a footer line such as a thank-you note.
Keep more than one order open. Review today’s orders and open the line items. Return some units or the whole bill. Returned stock goes back on hand, and the refund amount is calculated from the original lines.
Create discount codes for checkout. A percent code applies to the subtotal. A flat code takes a fixed amount off. Codes that are inactive or past expiry are rejected at the register.
Track SKU, category, cost, list price, stock, and expiry. Filter a large catalog by category and search. Low-stock rows show on the dashboard when quantity is at or below the reorder level. Export or import CSV.
Keep supplier records and raise purchase orders. An administrator approves the PO. After the ledger entry is saved, receive stock when the goods arrive. A 30-day view shows purchase value and status.
Save shoppers, find them at the counter, and keep loyalty points with the profile. Customer insights rank people by points and can be exported. Purchase history stays with the customer record.
Today’s sales, top products, payment mix, and category split are on the home screen. Reports cover sales by day, GST summary, inventory, customer insights, employee performance, demand forecast, profit and loss, and the ledger.
Sign in as a named user. Cashiers process sales, use the dashboard, and view customers. Managers handle orders, inventory, purchases, reports, and store settings. Administrators manage the team and approve purchase orders.
The database stays on this computer. Export a ZIP that includes the database, product images, and shop logo. You can limit older sales history by date range and keep the master data. Store the file wherever you trust.
Switch the Enpos interface to English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Arabic. Menus and messages follow that choice. Product names, customer names, and receipt wording stay as you entered them.
Enpos is offline-first. A network indicator shows whether the computer is online, but completed bills are stored locally either way. That is the point for shops where the line drops in the afternoon and the queue does not.
