The counter is offline. Will old bills disappear?
No. Enpos saves orders on that PC. Being offline does not wipe the local database. Export a ZIP backup when you want a second copy.
A barcode scan does nothing.
Put the cursor in the product search box. Most USB scanners type the SKU and press Enter. The SKU in Enpos must match the code on the label.
The receipt printer is missing.
Install the printer in Windows first. In Enpos settings, refresh the printer list. Choose 58 mm, 80 mm, A4, or Letter. “Ask every time” opens the system print dialog.
Google Pay QR is empty.
Add the shop’s Google Pay UPI ID or linked phone number under payment settings, save, and enable Google Pay. Then open payment again at checkout.
Who can approve a purchase order?
An administrator. Cashiers bill. Managers can work on inventory, purchases, and reports, but user setup and PO approval stay with an admin.
