Does Enpos work without internet?
Yes. It is an offline-first desktop POS. Billing, inventory, customers, purchases, and reports are stored on that computer. You can keep selling when the connection drops.
Is ₹4,999 a monthly plan?
No. ₹4,999 is a one-time lifetime license for 1 PC. There is no monthly software fee. Ask support for the invoice before you pay.
Does it handle GST and Google Pay?
Yes. Each product can have its own tax rate. The GST summary report totals taxable value and tax collected. Google Pay uses your UPI ID and shows a QR code at checkout.
Will a barcode scanner and receipt printer work?
Type or scan a SKU into the search box. Receipts print through the printer already installed on Windows, including 58 mm and 80 mm thermal rolls, A4, and Letter.
Can my staff use their own logins?
Yes. Create users as administrator, manager, or cashier. Cashiers focus on sales. Managers cover inventory, purchases, and reports. Only an admin adds users and approves purchase orders.
Which languages can the screen use?
English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Arabic. Product names and receipt text stay exactly as you typed them.
Where is my sales data stored?
On the PC running Enpos, in a local database file. Export a ZIP backup of the database, product images, and shop logo to a folder you choose.
